- Build relationships between Saudi and American women by creating events, providing opportunities for dialogue, networking, building friendships, sharing stories, and personal development between Saudi and American women.
- Saudi women will create a Roadmap to Success to share their experience back home in Saudi Arabia by connecting with 25 or more Saudi women.
Program leaders include:
HWW Leadership, Organizational Partners, and Institutional Partners
Locations: USA Colleges & Universities, Companies, Organizations, and Small Businesses
Meet USA participants are matched with women leaders in top organizations within the Twin Cities area. Mentoring matches and job shadowing opportunities are tailored to the interest area of each participant. The four participants have the opportunity to participate in cultural workshops, outings and events in the Twin Cities during their stay.
On August 13, 2015, HWW will host a panel discussion on Honoring How Women Lead in Diverse Cultures. It is open to all program participants, HWW members, and the general public.
As part of their participation in the Meet USA program, each Saudi mentee will conduct an outreach plan to share their cultural and professional experiences with at least 25 Saudi women upon returning to Saudi Arabia. This outreach will further leverage the community mentoring aspect of the program to build stronger relationships between Americans and Saudi Arabians.
